About the Role

The Manager of Marketing Operations is a pivotal role at Campus Multimedia, dedicated to driving impactful strategies that empower schools and educators while fostering community engagement. This role is at the intersection of business intelligence, marketing, and program delivery, ensuring the seamless alignment of post-sales processes to achieve organizational goals and support educators in meaningful ways.

In this role, you’ll optimize the customer lifecycle management, ensuring efficient user journeys, successful program execution and customer retention optimization. You’ll lead Salesforce strategies and analytics to enhance workflows, measure program success, and engage customers at scale. By collaborating across teams, you’ll create data-driven campaigns, develop retention strategies for schools, and craft onboarding experiences that improve engagement and long-term satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Marketing & Analytics: Lead in best practices for Salesforce marketing execution, including creating and managing forms, to ensure efficient workflows and integrations and engage a wide scale of customers. Develop strategies to measure and enhance program success.

  • Guide User Journeys: Create user journey and touchpoint strategies working with the VP of Marketing and support via email automations, onboarding strategies, and more.

  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate with the VP to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks to measure program and sales success, identify behavioral patterns and key touchpoints. Generate regular analysis reports to provide actionable insights for improving marketing activities.

  • Program Campaign Strategies: Work with sales and content to build campaign concepts that align with client marketing goals during key timeframes. Manage the marketing team’s work to execute campaigns once sold. Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

  • Squarespace and JotForm Management: Lead web page development, web conversion strategies, and manage forms integrated with JotForm and Salesforce.

  • School Retention: Develop onboarding and engagement strategies for schools to improve retention and quality POP.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content/creative, business intelligence, and partnerships teams to increase success of campaigns and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics or related field

  • 3-5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, particularly in customer retention and lifecycle management, with proven success cases

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and data-driven strategies

  • Proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive growth and enhance customer experiences

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives

  • Proven track record of success in small, agile marketing teams

  • Strong critical thinking skills and growth mindset

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies

  • Must be creative, well-organized, and possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing and ever-changing startup environment.
