Partner With Your Local Schools To Drive Meaningful Sales

Campus Multimedia (CM) is offering to enroll Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisees in activations focused on driving local sales and engagement through elementary and high schools in your communities, for the upcoming 2025 school year.

Each store will be partnered with two (2) elementary schools and one (1) high schools within a 5-mile radius of your store location.

Elementary School Fall Program

This fall-launch program for elementary students and teachers which will reach 2 schools per cafe.
All schools will receive the following items:

    • 100 per school

    • Offer: FREE 24 oz Smoothie

    • Each coupon has a unique one-time use code

    • Includes specific cafe location

    • 700 per school

    • Offer: FREE 12 oz. kids' smoothie

    • Each coupon has a unique one-time use code

    • Includes specific cafe location

  • Directing schools to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe Force4Good website to book a fundraiser.

High School Catering & Athletics Sponsorship Program

This high school program will reach 1 school per cafe through their athletics department. A sponsorship fee of approximately $200 for the school is included in the cost. Each participating school will receive:

  • Campus Multimedia will introduce the school's catering contact to your cafe's catering contact.

  • Your cafe's location information, contact details, a link to the catering website, and a 20% off offer on their first catering order will be included. The postcard will feature a unique one-time use code and your specific cafe location information.

  • Athletic Directors will distribute these to recognize student athletes. Each certificate includes a FREE 24 oz. smoothie offer for the student athlete, with a unique one-time use code and specific cafe location information.

  • Provided to schools to use during fall sporting events to promote the partnership between your Tropical Smoothie Cafe and the school.

  • Schools will have the option to post on their social media or add a banner to their website showcasing their partnership with your Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Schools can choose between these two elements; social media and website rules vary by school.

Franchisee Opt-In Investment

Deadline:

The deadline to opt-in is June 1, 2025.

Program Launch:

Fall 2025 (September-October)
After the back-to-school rush and once kids and teachers have settled into their routines, we’ll begin sending these program materials to schools.

Billing:

Once you opt in, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the highest program cost upfront. After the opt-in window closes and we have secured the school(s) for your cafe, you will receive a second invoice for the remaining balance.

Example:
If a cafe opts into the high school program, they will receive an initial invoice for $500. Once the opt-in window closes and the school has been secured, the cafe will then receive a second invoice for the remaining cost. If fewer than 250 cafes have signed up, the second invoice would be for another $500. The more cafes that sign up, the lower the overall cost will be.

Campus Multimedia will provide a complete turn-key solution.

  • Direct emails to local school contacts to drive engagement

  • Custom “Dashboard” reporting on local school engagement

  • Calls to encourage participation within local schools

  • Resources designed, printed, and shipped to schools to distribute to the school community

*All discounts, offers, artwork and program details will be approved by TSC Headquarters and cannot be changed. Artwork will have store addresses listed.
