About the Role


We are a dynamic team looking for a graphic designer to support our print and digital design needs. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with the ability to work with corporate and national brand guidelines. This position offers flexibility with up to 40 hours per month.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality print and digital design assets, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement design updates and edits.

  • Take direction and feedback from multiple departments to refine and finalize design projects.

  • Produce a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, social media graphics, and digital assets.

  • Meet deadlines while maintaining creative excellence and consistency in design.

  • Be adaptable to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

  • Ability to work with corporate and national brand guidelines, with an ability to create designs that adhere to established standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – must be able to work effectively with various departments and team members.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility in hours week to week (5-10 hours a week depending on project load)
