Kleenex® Launches the “Heroes of the Classroom” Teacher Recognition Contest To Celebrate Strong, Impactful Teachers As It Celebrates 100 Years of Strength
Kleenex® is honoring teachers for the heroes they are through a nomination contest with over $40,000 in prizes.
As Kleenex® celebrates 100 years of strength, the iconic brand is launching a contest to celebrate the strength of teachers. All nominated teachers will receive a congratulations certificate to notify them that their job as a teacher is changing lives and someone wants to recognize them as a hero.
Nominations can be submitted at www.heroesoftheclassroom.com and based on user submissions, Kleenex will offer more than $40,000 in prizes, including:
The first 100 unique eligible teachers to be nominated will receive a $100 Costco Shop gift card.
1 Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 for the teacher, $5,000 to the teacher’s school, a year’s supply of Kleenex® Brand Tissues for the teacher’s school, and award recognition.
9 First Prize Winners will win a $1,000 Costco Shop gift card for the teacher, $1,000 to the teacher’s school, and award recognition.
AND the individual named as the Nominator on the Grand and First Prize winning entries will receive a $1,000 Costco Shop gift card.
Nominators will answer three short questions about the teacher being nominated and their impact on the lives of students.
All K-12 teachers are eligible to participate in the contest and be recognized for their hard work.

Following a nomination period, Kleenex will announce 10 teachers for a time of public voting around the start of the 2024-’25 school year.
The celebration of teachers around back-to-school will put an extra spotlight on the amazing teachers in the classroom.
